Products, Saree Handcraft & Color Disclaimer
We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, textures, motifs, and zari details of our sarees, suits, lehengas, and ethnic apparel shown on our store.
- Display Variations: Due to differences in monitor color calibration, mobile display settings, and digital photography lighting, slight variations in color tone and shade may occur between the online photograph and the actual product.
- Handloom & Weaving Characteristics: Authentic woven sarees, jacquards, and embroidered garments may possess slight artisanal unevenness or yarn variations which are natural hallmarks of handloom & powerloom weaving, not manufacturing defects.
- Blouse Piece Details: Sarees generally include an unstitched blouse length (unless specified as ready-to-wear). Fabric measurements are approximate with standard tolerances (+/- 5%).

Pricing, Taxes & Payment Methods
All prices on our store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Modes: We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
- Price Revisions: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at checkout remains locked for that transaction.
- Payment Security: All online payments are securely processed via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways. We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers.

Order Confirmation, Verification & Cancellation
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including inventory stockout, suspected fraud, or pricing inaccuracies.
COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may verify the order details via automated WhatsApp confirmation or a quick telephone call prior to dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be canceled after 48 hours.

Shipping, Delivery Timelines & Tracking
We partner with premier logistics carriers across India to ensure your parcels are delivered safely and on schedule.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our Surat warehouse.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location and state transit regulations.
- Once dispatched, an automated tracking link will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of product delivery for eligible items in unused, unwashed condition with original tags intact.
